Your Gift Aid declaration, if you’re a taxpayer, is so important.
It means that Compton Care can claim a further 25p for every £1 you donate without costing you anything extra.
Confirming you are a taxpayer and eligible for Gift Aid means that we can claim tax back on donations you have kindly made to us over the last four years, as well as any future donations.
By completing the form below, you can tell us if:
- You are eligible for Gift Aid
- Your Previous Gift Aid declaration held with us / tax status has changed and you are no longer a tax payer.
We will then update our records accordingly and in turn raise more funds to support our patients living with life limiting conditions and their families.
